Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older.
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds.
There is a GBP 60 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking.
All bookings are subject to name and address verification; official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

公德心呢？開豪華房車 亂丟3大袋垃圾
雲林斗六有店家門外，經常被丟小包垃圾，店家原本不以為意，幫忙收拾，沒想到亂丟的情形，卻變本加厲，愈丟愈大包，刷卡訂房價格比較氣得將監視器轉向，果然拍下一名男子，開著高級豪華房車，直接開後車廂，搬出三大袋垃圾丟棄，氣得po上臉書社團，提醒這位駕駛，別再亂丟了。
清晨五點多，黑色豪華大七房車停在路邊，駕駛下車打開後車廂，搬出三大袋垃圾，直接丟在路邊，拍了拍手，嗯，搞定，關上後車廂後開車離去，整個過程，全被監視器拍下。
駕駛丟路邊的，全是用黑色大垃圾袋裝，滿滿三大包，還有床單等物品，店家氣憤，將過程po上臉書社團，因為亂丟垃圾，已經不是第一次。
店家：「(丟這個地方喔)對啊，開車來專程丟的，沒有猶豫就專程開來丟旅館訂房比價下去。」
有錢開高級房車，卻沒公德心亂丟垃圾，事發地點就在雲林斗六榮譽路上。
店家：「之前是出國自由行推薦小垃圾啦，那天他丟的都是被子。」
店家發現店門外長期被亂丟垃圾，一開始都一小袋，順手幫忙丟棄，沒想到對方竟然變本加厲，因此將監視器轉向，果然拍到亂丟垃圾民眾的身影。
店家：「(亂丟這樣子)對啊，(又開這麼好的車)對啊品格不好。」
店家懷疑，丟垃圾兇手可能是附近鄰居，因此暫不檢舉，但po上臉書社團提醒，希望當事人自重，但環保局表示，亂丟垃圾破壞環境，只要有人檢舉就會依法開罰6000元，而且能按次開罰，就算不愛護環境，又沒公德心，也要為自己的荷包著想。
閃爸告別式出現靈異現象 長女認：不是第一次！

捧紅台語電音團體「閃亮三姊妹」的「閃爸」江萬源上個月因病過世，享年58歲，昨（22）日在桃園舉辦告別式，家人準備超跑、鋼管辣妹送生前愛熱鬧的閃爸最後一程，場面相當盛大。不過，閃爸過世之後靈異事件不斷，有記者在告別式現場拍攝，在閃爸棺木移進靈車時，鏡頭突然不受控，拍下了奇異、無法解釋的照片。

「閃爸」江萬源因糖尿病併發噬血症候群病逝，享壽58歲，昨舉行告別式。據《壹週刊》報導，在告別式尾聲，有記者拍攝家屬跪送閃爸儀式時，當家人準備把閃爸的棺木移靈上靈車前，鏡頭突然間失控，拍下了兩張不尋常的照片，卻也無法用科學解釋。只見其中一張照片，有一半的畫面是不規則模糊的，詭異的是還出現「廣、義」兩字。另一張則是莫名被切割成三段，照片並沒有經過加工，卻出現這樣的景象，相當特殊。
先前，閃爸長女江佩云就曾透露，守靈期間曾發生過兩件「特別」的事。一件是在閃爸過世後，家人們每天都會輪流在靈堂前和閃爸聊天，和他述說心情、生活中的大小事，就像以往一樣。有次一位閃爸的老朋友提著鳳梨酥來上香，他表示：「我夢到閃爸給我一千元，要我買鳳梨酥給他吃。」閃家人聽完後覺得不可置信，因閃爸生前並不喜歡吃甜食，他們決定用銅板擲筊向閃爸詢問，沒想到「爸爸說，有這件事。」
另一次，閃亮三姊妹的好友帶著炸物，一起來閃爸靈堂守靈，江佩云表示：「平時用餐家人都會問閃爸要不要一起享用，唯獨那天餓到忘了問」，事後那位朋友回家就夢到閃爸對他說：「怎麼沒有給我吃，我要吃炸的」，讓眾人聽到後都覺得不可思議，馬上買炸物到閃爸靈前。
