51歲的許志安今（16日）被爆與TVB女藝人黃心穎偷情，影片流出後，許志安剛在晚上7時舉行記者會，一臉疲憊與經紀人黃柏高一起步出，他目無表情的坐在台上，臉上掛上2個大眼袋，他首先衷心跟大家講對不起，「我為我的朋友家人及所有愛我的人致萬分歉意，我犯了一個不可彌補，不可原諒的錯。」
許志安這回短短數分鐘的記者會，沒讓媒體發問，台下媒體高聲發問Sammi有否原諒？會不會報警？許志安充耳不聞直接閃人。至於網友對他的記者會，更是全面一面倒，留言罵他淫蟲、渣男。至於Sammi鄭秀文則到目前為止未作任何回應。
許志安發表聲明如下：
這是一件不可能被原諒的錯事，我不敢奢求原諒，因為我也沒有辦法可以原諒我自己。我只可以深切反省，並以最誠懇的態度，去為所有因為這次事件而受影響的人，去說一聲，我真的做錯了，難辭其咎，對不起！
我沒有任何籍口，犯下了如此嚴重的行為，令到我的家人、朋友及所有愛我的人徹底失望，我感到非常遺憾和歉咎。我亦願意承擔由這次事件所引起的一切後果和責任。
最後作為一個丈夫，我要向Sammi說對不起，這是一個徹頭徹尾的錯誤，我感到慚愧及痛心。請大家給予時間和空間我去學習怎樣去改過及重新去做一個人。

重製洩漏英業達營業秘密 3離職員工遭起訴
:
（中央社記者蕭博文台北7日電）曾任英業達公司代理處長的江姓男子等3人，未經授權重製、洩漏英業達高端伺服器產品的機密技術資料、出產及出貨計畫等，台北地方檢察署今天依違反營業秘密法提起公訴。
遭起訴的3人包括英業達股份有限公司企業電腦事業群全球營運事業處桃園製造中心前江姓代處長，英業達上海六廠測試二部前朱姓部長，及前吳姓測試工程師。
北檢起訴指出，江姓男子等3人自英業達公司離職後，皆轉至競爭對手仁寶電腦工業股份有限公司任職。
江男等3人任職英業達期間，均簽署全球員工行為準則管理辦法，不得提供或透露營業秘密等機密資訊給非英業達員工或不需此資訊的員工，離職前應歸還持有的機密。
起訴指出，江姓男子等3人未遵守保密協定，擅自重製、使用、洩漏營業秘密，包括英業達公司製造高端伺服器產品的機密技術資料、生產及出貨計畫等內部機密，潛在經濟價值甚鉅，估算投入成本及價值利益約新台幣54億9789萬元。
江姓男子於民國106年9月離開英業達，涉嫌在離職前將全球僅英業達與Intel公司持有的快速邊界掃描技術示意影片、英業達對惠普公司的出貨及預估出貨量、電容原件全球缺料狀況等營業秘密，寄給不該取得此等機密資料的其他員工。
江姓男子另涉嫌將英業達公司上海廠人員配置、表面黏著技術等資料，寄到個人外部信箱，任職仁寶電腦期間，將先前因職務而持有的英業達產品測試計畫說明等檔案傳給仁寶公司人事助理並要求列印。
朱姓男子則是於106年9月25日到仁寶公司任職，從曾任職英業達的張姓同事處取得英業達測試紀錄等秘密，轉寄給其他同事；吳姓男子是在離開英業達前，將測試報告寄給已任職仁寶的江姓男子。
檢察官認為，江姓男子等3人有犯意聯絡及行為分擔，應論以共同正犯，依違反營業秘密法起訴。（編輯：張銘坤）1070907
