Luxton Apartmens - Notting Hill has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival along with the full contact details of the lead guest who will check-in. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of GBP 30.
No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 23.00.
Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type can be accommodated at the booked apartment.
Please note that the card holder of the card used to make the booking must be present for check-in. You are also required to bring photo ID for check-in. If this is not possible, the card holder is required to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check-in.
The property will photocopy your passport upon arrival.
Payment is required via bank transfer prior to arrival. The property will contact you once you have made a booking detailing the payment instructions.
All guests must be of at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Luxton Apartments - Notting Hill in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

丫頭手搖飲全球22分店急徵人！「起薪+超狂福利」曝光
從《我愛黑澀會》出身的31預訂民宿哪划算歲女星丫頭(詹子晴)，近年來經營副業有成，被譽為「飲料大亨」的她，旗下文青手搖飲料品牌在全球累積有22家分店，生意好到國外便宜訂房連外蒙古都有人來談代理。丫頭昨天(4日)受訪時透露，目前人手不足急需人才，起薪和福利曝光超驚人。
綜合媒體報導，丫頭砸下百萬元投資的文青手搖飲料店，繼成功進駐日本大阪及神戶後，近來又拓點到馬來西亞及四川成都，年底即將開到22家店。擴店速度如此驚人，丫頭坦言的確會擔心管理上的問題，也提到台灣總公司目前人力非常不足急需找人，尤其是翻譯人才。
頂級旅舍訂房費用丫頭透露，基層員工起薪3萬元起跳，過了試用期會加薪，派駐到海外還有津貼，公司福利除了年終和獎金之外，她出國考察回台還會犒賞員工名牌包或小禮物，或是提供按摩券、餐券給員工抽獎，以茲鼓勵。
目前丫頭的手搖飲總公司共20多名員工，她透露光支薪就要上百萬元，雖然大環境不景氣，但她提到台灣人幾乎天天都會喝手搖飲，因此飲料店影響不大。但像是燒肉和日本料理店生意就是穩定成長，無法太迅速展店，因為景氣不好大家都會想吃便宜一點。
賈奈特賣馬里布豪宅 開價1990萬元

2016年退休的「狼王」 賈奈特（Kevin Garnett）正以1990萬元，出售在馬里布購買一間由樹木圍繞、占地七畝的半成品豪宅。
曾入選15次全明星球員的賈奈特，紀錄顯示他在2003年以640萬元購買這間有六間臥室的豪宅。
這間豪宅室內1萬1000平方呎，有著全海景，根據負責上市房地產經紀商表示，該屋正建設中，預計12個月內完工，若買家在此之前完成購買手續，則可接手後續未完成部分。
豪宅有一圓形的停車場圍繞，戶外有一L型莊園、游泳池與水療中心。
現年42歲的賈奈特曾效力灰狼、賽爾提克、籃網等球隊，曾在明尼蘇達贏得MVP，曾獲得九次年度最佳陣容、 12次年度最佳防守球員，也是史上少數球員，同年獲選年度 MVP 以及年度最佳防守兩大獎項得主。
