Unfortunately the property cannot be held responsible for any missed check-ins outside of these times when guests have failed to make alternative arrangements with Ware Apart Hotel reception team.
Please note that as apartments are close to a number of bars and restaurants, guests can sometimes experience noise until the early hours.
A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for bookings up to 6 guests. For any bookings of more than 6 guests, a security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ware Duke Street Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. 日月潭遭控坑客 麵、菜、豆干肉絲賣400元
是墾丁的滷味翻版嗎？有網友PO文，在日月潭出國旅行訂房買了乾麵、高麗菜和豆干炒肉絲，結帳時竟然要價將近400元，網友還說這三碗加在一起，剛好是一份榨菜肉絲麵，賣這麼貴根本是搶劫，但詢問當地店家，以風景區來說，就算是單價高的熱炒店，三樣菜平均價也才250，400太誇張，也有店家認為，是有人刻意抹黑。
大火快炒榨菜肉絲，擺上煮好的麵條，淋上熱騰騰湯汁，這一碗在日月潭吃，店家賣一碗80元，風景區稍貴但還能接受，那這一碗呢。
三個紙碗，裝著一碗乾麵，高麗菜和豆干炒肉絲，有網友PO文，這是日月潭小店的菜，三碗裝在一起，剛好一碗榨菜肉絲麵，竟然要賣將近400元，難不成日月潭，也成了墾丁的滷味翻版？
遊客：「這個應該了不起100(元)吧。」
遊客：「這看起來簡簡單單的呀，可是就要400元。」
不只遊客覺得貴，連日月潭當地店家，都覺得太坑錢。
其他店家：「平常賣價喔如果在風景區的話，差不多250元(他這個)，是有點太高啦而且那是豆干耶hotel預訂。」
實際詢問，單價比較高的熱炒店，店家說兩樣菜和一碗麵，也不可能這麼貴。
其他店家：「PO文的客人能夠說清楚一點，不要把我們日月潭汙名化了，因為這樣子會讓客人、遊客不敢進來啊，會認為日月潭都是在誆騙客人。」
問來問去，日月潭大部分店家，都說哪有可能這麼貴，也因為貴的太詭異，有店家認為，是刻意抹黑。
PO文的網友，不出面說明，沒標明消費的時間點，也不說是哪家店，貼文曝光後，沒多久又刪掉，但對日月潭店家和觀光，已經造成影響。
日月潭形象商圈發展協會總幹事黃禹諺：「這樣子PO文的話比較不負責，因為這種做法好像是，一竿子打翻一船人，提告這個部份的話，我們還是保留啦。」
捍衛日月潭形象，畢竟近期陸客大幅減少，又碰到網友PO文，對當地觀光，無非是在傷口上灑鹽。全家出遊省錢方法
